Our products are made to order rather than kept in stock.

Please allow approximately 5 working days for production before dispatch.

Production times may occasionally be longer during busy periods or public holidays.

Free Standard UK Delivery on all orders.

Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes 2–5 working days.

Production and delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

We use tracked delivery services wherever possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

We will investigate the issue with our delivery partner and arrange an appropriate solution.
